Activating public events requires creating a multi sensory program that brings attendees in contact with experiences that offer shareable moments with one another.

Recently Mash Machine featured in two high profile and large public events held in Sydney. TedxSydney and Jurassic Lounge 2099.

The highly popular think tank public event, TedxSydney attracted 5000 attendees from around the country.

Event organisers placed Mash Machine in the Hub. Here the attendees congregated between keynote presentations and to satisfy their appetites.  The Hub was divided into tribes. Each with their own unique experiences  that encouraged attendees to learn something new or participate in activities that encourage human connection.

Mash Machine was placed in the Newbies tribe which offered first timers an opportunity to meet new people as together they created music. The hub become a place for you connect and be part of the narrative.

Meanwhile at Jurassic Lounge 2099, an entirely different public event experience was to be had. A few nights each year, the Australian Museum is remixed by artists, scientists and DJs into an after-hours playground for adults (and dinosaurs).

Laden with themed rooms, customised activities,  Jurassic Lounge promised guests a night of adventure, fun and music.

With an leaning towards tech and digital, Jurassic Lounge  gave us a glimpse of what the future may look like.  With a festival style program to the evening, guests could wander from room exhibit to exhibit at their leisure. Stopping to engage in activities like Mash Machine, LED mini golf , silent disco and wearable eco-skeletal dinosaurs , UV Face Painting and more.
